📌 이용약관 (한국어)
제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 사용자가 “DAYRO” (이하 “앱”)을 이용함에 있어 필요한 조건 및 권리·의무 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (서비스의 성격)
앱은 인공지능(AI)과 사전에 정의된 해석 데이터를 바탕으로 한 타로 카드 리딩을 제공합니다. 본 서비스는 오락 및 자기 성찰을 위한 참고용일 뿐, 실제 의사결정이나 전문 상담의 대체 수단이 아닙니다.
제3조 (지적재산권)
- 앱의 UI, 일부 아이콘은 직접 제작되었습니다.
- 앱은 Material Icons, Cupertino Icons, MingCute, Solar Icons를 사용합니다.
- MingCute 아이콘은 CC BY 4.0 라이선스 하에 사용됩니다.
- Solar Icons는 CC BY 4.0 라이선스를 따릅니다.
제4조 (사용자의 의무)
사용자는 앱을 불법적인 목적으로 사용하거나 앱의 기능을 무단 복제, 수정, 배포할 수 없습니다.
제5조 (면책 조항)
- 앱에서 제공하는 해석은 인공지능(AI) 및 자동화된 알고리즘을 기반으로 하며, 전문 점술 서비스가 아닙니다.
- 해석 결과는 오락 및 자기 성찰 목적에 한정되며, 법적, 재정적, 의학적, 심리적 등 중요한 의사결정의 근거로 사용할 수 없습니다.
- 앱 제공자는 해석 결과의 신뢰성, 정확성, 유효성에 대해 어떠한 보증도 하지 않으며, 앱 이용으로 발생하는 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제6조 (약관의 변경)
본 약관은 필요 시 사전 공지 후 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 이후의 서비스 이용은 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

1. Purpose
These Terms of Service define the rights and obligations of users when using “DAYRO” (the “App”).
2. Nature of the Service
The App provides tarot card readings based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and predefined interpretation data. This service is intended solely for entertainment and self-reflection purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice.
3. Intellectual Property
- Some UI icons are custom-designed.
- The App also uses Material Icons, Cupertino Icons, MingCute, and Solar Icons.
- MingCute icons are used under the CC BY 4.0 license.
- Solar Icons are licensed under CC BY 4.0.
4. User Obligations
Users must not use the App for illegal purposes or copy, modify, or distribute its features without permission.
5. Disclaimer
- Interpretations provided by the App are generated by AI and automated algorithms and are not professional fortune-telling services.
- Results are for entertainment and self-reflection only, and must not be relied upon for legal, financial, medical, or psychological decisions.
- The provider makes no guarantees regarding the reliability, accuracy, or validity of the results and assumes no responsibility for damages arising from the use of the App.
6. Amendments
These Terms may be updated with prior notice. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

- 一部のUIアイコンは独自にデザインされています。
- 本アプリは Material Icons、Cupertino Icons、MingCute、Solar Icons を使用しています。
- MingCuteアイコンは CC BY 4.0 ライセンスの下で使用されています。
- Solar Iconsは CC BY 4.0 ライセンスに従います。
第4条（ユーザーの義務）
ユーザーは本アプリを違法な目的で使用したり、本アプリの機能を無断で複製、改変、配布することはできません。
第5条（免責事項）
- 本アプリが提供する解釈はAIおよび自動アルゴリズムによって生成されたものであり、専門的な占いサービスではありません。
- 解釈結果は娯楽および自己内省のみに限定され、法律・財務・医療・心理等の重要な意思決定の根拠として使用することはできません。
- 本アプリ提供者は、結果の信頼性、正確性、有効性について一切保証せず、本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
第6条（規約の変更）
本規約は必要に応じて事前通知の上変更されることがあり、変更後のサービス利用は変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
