1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the PoPGrid mobile application (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

User means anyone who installs or uses the App.
Content includes all game elements and materials in the App (e.g., graphics, audio, text, UI, code, and other resources).
Service means the gameplay and any related features provided through the App.

3. Service Availability

The App is provided free of charge.
The App may include ads (banner/interstitial/rewarded ads).
Features, content, or availability may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for operational reasons.

4. Ads & Third-Party Services

The App may display advertisements provided by third parties. Any interaction with ads or third-party services may be governed by the third party’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

5. User Conduct

You must not:

Interfere with the App’s normal operation, security, or stability.
Reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, modify, copy, or distribute the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
Use the App unlawfully or in a manner that infringes the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App and its Content are owned by the developer or respective rightsholders. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and you must not reproduce or redistribute Content without permission.

7. AI-Generated Content Notice

Some images, graphics, sounds, text, or code in the App may have been created with the help of AI tools. The developer remains responsible for the final output and makes reasonable efforts to avoid infringement of third-party rights.

8. Open-Source & Resource Notices

The App may use open-source software and free resources. In particular:

Some icons may come from design tools and open-source icon libraries.
Fonts used in the App include:

Some sound effects and background audio may have been created using free media platforms (e.g., Pixabay) and/or AI-based sound generation tools.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or losses caused by device issues, network problems, or events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the App shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

본 이용약관(이하 “약관”)은 모바일 앱 PoPGrid(이하 “앱”)의 이용과 관련하여 이용자와 운영자(개발자) 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다. 이용자가 앱을 설치 또는 이용하는 경우 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

2. 용어의 정의

이용자란 앱을 설치·이용하는 모든 사용자를 말합니다.
콘텐츠란 앱에서 제공되는 게임, 이미지, 그래픽, 사운드, 텍스트, UI, 코드 및 기타 모든 자료를 의미합니다.
서비스란 앱을 통해 제공되는 게임 플레이 및 부가 기능을 의미합니다.

3. 서비스 제공

앱은 무료로 제공됩니다.
앱에는 배너/전면/보상형 광고 등 광고가 포함될 수 있습니다.
운영상 필요에 따라 기능/콘텐츠/제공 방식은 변경 또는 중단될 수 있습니다.

4. 광고 및 제3자 서비스

앱에는 제3자 광고가 표시될 수 있으며, 광고 또는 외부 서비스 이용 시 해당 제공자의 정책 및 약관이 적용될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 제3자 서비스에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

5. 이용자의 의무

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

앱의 정상적인 운영, 보안, 안정성을 방해하는 행위
법령이 허용하지 않는 범위에서 역설계(리버스 엔지니어링), 소스코드 추출, 변경, 복제, 배포하는 행위
타인의 권리를 침해하거나 관련 법령을 위반하는 행위

앱의 일부 이미지, 그래픽, 사운드, 텍스트 및 코드 콘텐츠는 인공지능(AI) 도구를 활용하여 제작되었을 수 있습니다. 해당 콘텐츠의 최종 제공에 대한 책임은 운영자에게 있으며, 제3자의 권리를 침해하지 않도록 합리적인 노력을 기울입니다.

8. 오픈소스 및 리소스 사용 고지

앱은 오픈소스 소프트웨어 및 무료 리소스를 사용할 수 있으며, 특히 다음을 포함합니다.

일부 아이콘은 디자인 도구 및 오픈소스 아이콘 라이브러리를 통해 제공되는 리소스를 사용할 수 있습니다.
앱은 다음의 무료/오픈 라이선스 폰트를 사용합니다.

9. 면책 및 책임의 제한

앱은 “있는 그대로(As Is)” 제공됩니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 운영자는 명시적·묵시적 보증을 하지 않으며, 기기/네트워크 문제 또는 통제 불가능한 사유로 인한 간접손해, 특별손해, 결과적 손해 등에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

운영자는 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 이용하는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

11. 준거법 및 관할

본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 준거법으로 하며, 앱과 관련하여 발생한 분쟁은 대한민국 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다. 다만, 관련 법령에 달리 정함이 있는 경우 그에 따릅니다.

3. サービスの提供

本アプリは無料で提供されます。
本アプリにはバナー広告/全画面広告/リワード広告等が含まれる場合があります。
運営上の必要により、機能・内容・提供方法を変更または停止することがあります。

4. 広告・第三者サービス

本アプリでは第三者の広告が表示される場合があります。広告または第三者サービスの利用については、当該提供者の規約・ポリシーが適用されることがあります。当方は第三者サービスについて責任を負いません。

5. 禁止事項

本アプリの運営・セキュリティ・安定性を妨げる行為
法令で認められる範囲を超えた解析（リバースエンジニアリング）、ソースコードの抽出、改変、複製、配布
他者の権利を侵害する行為、または違法な利用

6. 知的財産権

本アプリおよびコンテンツに関する著作権・商標権等の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は個人的かつ非商業的目的に限り本アプリを利用でき、許可なくコンテンツを複製・配布してはなりません。

7. AI生成コンテンツに関する告知

本アプリの一部の画像、サウンド、テキスト、コード等はAIツールを用いて作成された可能性があります。最終的な提供責任は当方にあり、第三者の権利侵害を避けるため合理的な努力を行います。

8. オープンソース・リソースの告知

本アプリはオープンソースソフトウェアおよび無料リソースを利用する場合があります。特に以下を含みます。

一部のアイコンはデザインツールやオープンソースのアイコンライブラリ由来のリソースを使用する場合があります。

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、当方は明示または黙示の保証を行わず、端末・通信環境・不可抗力等に起因する間接損害、特別損害、結果的損害について責任を負いません。

10. 規約の変更

本規約は随時変更されることがあります。変更後に本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

11. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は大韓民国の法令を準拠法とします。本アプリに関連して生じる紛争は、法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き、大韓民国の管轄裁判所に提起されるものとします。
